Just Add Power 767AES Transmitter Features an HDMI Loopout That Supports AES67 Audio Systems’ Integration With Any Just Add Power AV Distribution System
SEMINOLE, Fla. — Sept. 7, 2023 — Just Add Power, a leader in AV-over-IP distribution, today debuted its new 3G Ultra 4K 767AES transmitter in booth 3412 at CEDIA Expo 2023 in Denver. The new transmitter joins the company’s award-winning AV-over-IP 3G Ultra series to bring HDMI loopout and compatibility for AES67 audio systems.
“In 2019, we added our 3G+ 767DSS Dante Enhanced Sound System transmitter, and since then we’ve worked to make it possible for installers to distribute video — and audio — across spaces of any size,” said Taft Stricklin, chief sales officer at Just Add Power. “The 767AES transmitter is part of this mission and expands the flexibility Just Add Power offers. Now, installers can deploy the 767AES to send and receive up to eight channels of high-quality audio.”
The Just Add Power 3G Ultra 767AES is a 4K transmitter with HDMI loopout that provides compatibility for AES67 audio systems with any Just Add Power AV distribution system. It features input for LPCM audio up to eight channels, AES67 audio send and receive up to eight channels, and AES67 audio injection into any Just Add Power network. Like many other transmitters in the Just Add Power lineup, it includes HDMI pass-through; control of endpoints via RS-232, IR, and CEC; and Image Pull, which allows users to preview an image from any source or display from any web browser or control system at up to 10 fps. Like the other models in the 3G Ultra family, the 767AES transmitter can be mixed and matched with any Just Add Power 3G, 3G+AVP, 2GΩ/3G, and 2GΩ/3G+ models for interoperability with leading audio-over-IP technologies, including Dante devices.
