Just Add Power offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee Returns Policy. Refunds are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and do not include shipping charges.   This 15 percent restocking fee is waived for customers who choose to accept a store credit for future use on other Just Add Power products.  Returned items must be undamaged, in like new condition, and sent back in the original packing.

We also offer a 90-day Exchange Policy for users needing to change to different length Passive Receivers (i.e. you ordered a 20 Meter version and you found out you need a 40 Meter version). We will only charge you actual shipping charges for this free exchange service.
